I have to admit that am quite the trend setter. Maybe I’m being arrogant about this and a little self-centered, but my friends are taking after me and my Friday updates. I’m okay with it… but you should
check theirs out. And consider supporting them (please consider it, even the least bit helps). They’re newlyweds and having a rough time support raising and they’re supposed to leave the country at the end of the year to do some orphan outreach and ministry setup all over the place. Check them out and
support them here.
Now on with my Friday update.
O Worship the King! Many of you know that I’m a worship leader. Well, I’m first a worshiper and then a worship leader. You can’t lead worship unless you’re worshiping first, right? Of course. I’m getting to help with worship at the first even World Race Awakening Conference that’s being held in Brashov, Romania at the end of the month. The band? Myself, Kim Daniels, and Chris Telfer. We’re going to do our best to record the worship and produce a short CD. I’ll keep you posted on the details, but it’s about time that something like this happens. All this to say: Chris flew in on Sunday afternoon and practiced with us for awhile. It sounds incredible and he’s my new favorite person. True story.
It’s fall. The beauty about living in Michigan is that it’s fall… already. I know, I know. Some of you are enduring 90 degree temperatures with obscene amounts of humidity. It must suck to be you. Just know that while you’re sweating it up wherever you live, that I’m wearing a jacket and enjoying watching the leaves turn their amazing fall colors. Check out the picture to see what it looks like up north in Michigan during the fall. That’s right. And no, I didn’t take that picture.
Buffalo Wild Wings. I ate there twice in one week. Is that pathetic? Probably to some degree. I had wings the every time too. I found out that I can’t eat the garlic-like ones though. My stomach doesn’t react well to it. My mouth does, just not my stomach. But I do believe that to this day I am going to remain an avid Honey BBQ fan. What’s your fav?
Football. You know what one of the best parts about fall is? That’s right: football. If you don’t agree with me, there’s a little “x” in the top corner of your browser’s window. You can just click that and log off my page. Haha! I’m kidding… seriously… kidding. Buut I am more than thrilled that football season’s finally kicked off (no pun intended). And the best part? I live about an hour and a half from the University of Michigan. It’s a personal goal to see a game this fall…
Support. This is yet another shameless plug. I need support, especially with all of the travel that’s coming up in my very near future. I’m going to be going to Romania, Guatemala, and maybe another country (still deciding on that one) to debrief missionaries on the field and lead them in some heavenly worship. If you’d be interested in supporting me,
you can do so by clicking here.
Okay, that’s all for this week. Love you all!
