I knew that this day would come eventually, that I would find myself writing a blog asking for supporters. Yep. I’m going to just get straight to the point: I need financial assistance.
Currently, my support account sits at $5,657 with about $1,300 in pledges on top of that and $140 of cash pinned to my bulletin board waiting to be mailed in.
I need at least $13,800. Having another $7,000 would be fantastic.
Don’t view this as me begging you for money… because I’m not. This is me asking you to be a part of this wonderful ministry. If you have a heart for the poor, for reaching the lost, for those kids that you see in those t.v. commercials, then this ministry is for you. If you like building things for people, cleaning things up, and seeing the power of God at work, then this ministry is for you. If you’re 80 years old or you’re afraid of flights, then this ministry is for you. If you’re thinking, “I’m not called to that, but it’s cool you are,” then this ministry is for you.
This is your opportunity to live vicariously through me while supporting a ministry. The money you give enables me to go, but essentially you’re giving to the ministry and not to me.
Anyway, I’m really bad at this.
