My name is Matt, I am 23 yrs old and I am “from” Birmingham, AL, and I am a recent graduate of Samford University, with a degree in Sports Medicine.
Currently, I am called to be a missionary on The World Race.
I am pretty Athletic. I love playing sports, especially Basketball. Please, challenge me to a game. It will make my day! But I am not too picky. I just love to be active.
I also love art & music. I listen to music all the time. It can be very spiritual for me. Most genres are good, but I especially love music that has a postive message. Right Now, Shane & Shane’s “PAGES” album frequents my ipod. Also “13 Letters, ” (a rap album featuring a song written for each one of Paul’s Epistles) . Check both of them out! It is good stuff!! No, really…. LOVE IT!
God’s hand in my life has been obvious since I was a very young child. I grew up going to church, and I learned early on that Jesus is my Savior. My relationship with Christ began with the influence of my family and their encouragement to follow after Jesus. I am blessed to have a family that loves the Lord, and that has encouraged me throughout my life with Christ.
My hope is that God will use me & my experiences to minister to you, and reveal how He is working across the world and at home in your life.
