Hello everyone!
My name is Matthew Coe and i am 26 years old. I live in a small town in Northeast Texas called Winnsboro. It is such a wonderful town and community and i have been blessed to live here my whole life. I have a sister who is 30 years old and is married to an awesome guy. I am the proud uncle of Cooper James who is 5 and Kyleigh Reese who is 3. I love them so much! I graduated high school in 2005 and honestly had not much clue what i wanted to do. I really didn't even like school so the thought of 4 more years of it really did not sound too appealing to me. I ended up going to a Technical school near Houston and i lasted about 3 months before deciding to move back to my hometown and start working full time for my dads company. We own a gas station in our town and its full-service. YES THAT IS CORRECT, WE PUMP THE GAS FOR YOU! Okay so i got a little excited there but as most of you will know, it is VERY rare that you will find a gas station these days that do that. I have been blessed to have this job for several years now and it has been an honor being able to work along side my parents. Speaking of my parents, they are absolutely incredible Godly people. Growing up there was never a question about whether we were going to Church or not and for that i am so grateful. They have both been such a wonderful example to me in my walk with Christ. When i told them about this trip they were 100% supportive from the very beginning and that has been such a blessing to be able to have their full support both prayerfully and financially. I am so excited to be a part of this journey and i hope that many of you will want to be a part of it too! Stay tuned because there will be more blogging to come!
