I arrived at training camp for the World Race last Friday
night and it has been a whirlwind…an intense, challenging, and awesome past
week. We’ve eaten things that didn’t
look edible, hiked up a mountain with logs, simulated an underground church
environment, done ministry outreach right here in Gainesville, and so much
more. We’ve worked on core issues of the
heart, our identities, team dynamics, and cultural awareness. I can’t sum up or accurately describe
everything that has happened, but God has been moving in mighty ways and
people’s lives are being drastically altered.
It has been amazing to see 34 strangers come together under the common
unity of Christ and become a family in such a short time.
I don’t have time right now, but I want to elaborate more on
some of these things and introduce the members of my team….my friends….my
family. I am so excited about the team
God has blessed me with and that I get to be a part of. For now, I will leave you with some pictures
