Guess what? I got married!
I know this may be out of the blue to some, but it’s actually been a year and a half long journey. I haven’t written much about it on this blog, but it’s been a huge part of my life and I’m excited to share more about what will now be “our” journey and not just my own.
Our team left Kenya in late July to travel back to the US and I got married on August 11. It was an amazing time at home with family and friends and I feel so blessed by everyone who was able to join us in the celebration. Right after we got hitched, we headed out on our honeymoon en route back to Kenya. We’ve been back in Kenya for a few weeks now and are pretty settled in to our new living arrangements.
We’ve reconnected with our friends here and are back into discipleship training and a handful of other projects. I’ll continue to post more updates now that we are back. Thanks to everyone for your support throughout this journey.
