We made it!! We’re here in Cahaing Mai, Thailand. I’m super excited to be here and look forward to everything the Lord has in store for us. Our contact Ray met us at the bus stop in the wee hours of the morn and took us to our refuge for the day. Our bus was top-notch with A/C and reclining seats (North American bus lines are second class to what we experienced). I actually slept in comfort on the bus!

Today is a day to get aquinted and oriented to what to expect. Ray has alot of passion for the Karen people group here. He’s a fun-loving man of God and i’m very excited to work alongside him these next 2 weeks.

Please pray for Mark, Rusty, and I as we will be going alot and striving to be a light for the Gospel in our time here. Pray for the hearts of the people to be open and ready to hear the Good News. And pray for our friends up here that have given up their lives to serve God in this place.

Our prayer is for you to join us in these next 2 weeks. You can do that by encouraging us and praying for us. Most importantly pray for the people up here! Many are refugees from neighboring Burma (Myanmar) and are escaping the mess that the country is. They need your prayers!

Until next time…
