OKAY. Walked 4 miles to get to internet so I could let you guys know I am doing well. Today was our final day of childrens Bible school. It went amazing. My teamate Jodi is amazing with kids and led the entire thing. We did skits, songs, and told different Bible stories. I will be posting stories soon. We are living with a couple Sonda and Adi along with their 2 year old son David (dah-veed). They have treated us like royalty. Earlier this week Adam and I made a relationship with a man named Alein while working in a field and he invited us to his home. After getting to know him as much as we could with the language barrier he told me that he needed help with his home. By the end of this week Adam and I had poured concrete floors throughout his home. It was great man time. Okay, now for a big question. We aren’t through working yet and we are running low on our budgeted funds. Sonda and Adi do not have indoor plumbing or a shower like the rest of the village. BUT we can install a shower and sink with some help from you guys. We need 700 dollars for the entire bathroom. Wood water heater and all. Any donations can be sent to my house or my parents house with my name on it. If you need info please email me at [email protected] Guys we can do this. After living in the states and having all of these luxuries we take so much for granted. I cannot wait to get home and take a warm shower and use a toilet. This family lives everyday without these things. Let’s bless them with a place they can have privacy and take a bath. PLEASE. Any extra donations will be used here or for another family.
