Making films, is something I have always wanted to try. Last month in China I was privileged enough to give it a try for an orphanage. This month I was here for 2 days and the director of the program has mentioned to us that she would like for us to make a video if possible high lighting her non profit. I was immediately excited about the idea of doing it again. I have never felt that God cares so much about my passions as I have recently. Its like he is orchestrating my dreams to come true. I have been wanting a certain motorcycle for a few years. I decided to put that on the shelf as it was a long shot. I knew that “things” were not my answer. I had tried in the past to pacify myself with purchases that I thought might would help my restlessness. But I knew they wouldn’t, so I told the Lord, its you I want. Nothing more. I began to give my favorite things away. One the race…Dusty says, “my buddy owns a bike shop and I believe he rides that exact bike.” And as God would have it, he does. Apparently my little dream bike is not so far away. Maybe one day I will have it, maybe not. Jesus knows. But one thing he showed me is that he can make my dreams come true whenever He sees fit.

So when I was asked if I would be interested in making another short film, I regretted not buying a DSLR for the race. I thought, I could do better work, it would be more effective if only I had purchased one. I thought about this for a day. This morning a girl came to me and said, “hey I heard you are shooting the film for this place, you can use my camera if you want to.” She has a Canon 5d Mark ii. Which is the exact camera I wanted if not better. I was floored as this is a $3,000 camera.
He will supply all my needs according to his riches in glory. I don’t know that I will ever own anything, but I know that all I have need of, His hand will provide.
