Hi guys! Welcome to my blog, I am so glad you are here!
Im going to start off by telling a little bit about myself. I am currently 19 years old and grew up in a small town called Pegram located about 30 minutes west of Nashville. I come from a rocking family of five; I am the youngest sibling of three girls. I graduated from Harpeth in 2019 and am currently attending Austin Peay State University for Psychological Science with hopes of being a child psychologist. I have such a heart for helping people and have such a heart for children. Children are the most pure and kind humans; they are so tough but yet so gentle. I believe God has put Swaziland on my heart for this very reason. To go and to love. To show the love of Jesus.
Three years ago I was going to attend a mission trip with Adventures in Mission to Swaziland, but I let fear overcome me and I did not go. It has always been a place on my heart, every time I thought about doing missions it was the only place I would think about. Its amazing how God cares so much about us, God is the way maker where there seems to be no way. I thought I would never get that opportunity to go there again but one day I was looking at world race semesters and saw the Swaziland trip and was in complete awe. To say I am SUPER EXCITED might be an understatement. I can not wait to see how God moves in the lives of people on this trip. I can not wait to see the ways God transforms me in this next season of my life.
