I went on my first mission trip when I was thirteen and seeing the need and desperation for Jesus changed me forever. I knew from that experience that God was calling me to live a life devoted to loving those around the world who may have never heard the gospel before. The Lord lead me to go on four others mission trips and He kept reaffirming the calling I have on my life. I am beyond excited to be able to serve God, His people, and to live out His greatest commandment loving God and loving others. I graduated from cosmetology school earlier this year and while I love doing hair, I still feel the Holy Spirit reminding me of my purpose to fulfill my calling in global missions. After months of prayer and seeking wise counsel, I knew the Holy Spirit was telling me to go to Thailand. So I applied, and here I am. I am beyond grateful for this opportunity, and I know that Jesus is guiding this whole process. He wants every single ounce of us doing what He commands in Scripture, and one of those commands is to go and make disciples of all nations. My prayer is that I can live this out bringing all the glory and honor to Jesus.
