Thank you for your prayers, financial support, and encouragement! I am so incredibly blown away by the support I have received from everyone. Before deciding on the Race, I almost completely said no because fundraising is freaking scary, hard, and time consuming. But God has been faithful in forming an incredibly generous and supportive community around me and I couldn’t be more thankful! Through fundraising I’ve learned a whole lot about who God is. He has shown me that He doesn’t just call us to scary/hard/exciting things and then leave us to figure it out all on our own, but rather He walks us through every step. I used to think I could do it all on my own, but God has been teaching me that He is in control and that His way is always better. So with a thankful&humble heart, I am SO excited to say that I am a little over HALF WAY FUNDED!!!! I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for you all!! Seriously, my mind is blown away.
