Today we went into to Dublin to help out ICM (Irish Christian Mission) with the open air preaching. We showed up just hoping to have some interesting conversations with people on the street. I got to talk to one young man, Gary, who was trying to escape the tight grip that alcohol and drugs had on his life. Gary wants to be free and he doesn’t want to controlled by this crap anymore. Brothers and sisters please pray for Gary and ask that God would provide a place for Gary to go where he can begin to heal physically, spiritually, and psychologically.
Meanwhile Kyle was talking with a four guys and while they were having their discussion another gentleman forcefully entered the conversation. This man’s objective was to cause confusion and to argue and to try and distract our brother from speaking truth. All that was coming out of this mans mouth was straight up ugly. He spoke all kinds of evil against us and he continuosly cursed the name of God.
Even after ignoring Him he wouldn’t leave. He even kept trying to pull those that we were speaking to away. We decided to just start singing the name which makes the demons shudder, JESUS. When he heard what we were singing he yelled out you win and then he fled. But my sister Tara said Jesus doesn’t just let the demons run away, he calls them out. So we chased after him. Tara went up to him, stared him in the eyes, and asked what his name was. He laughed at us and said his name was Louie-SeeFer. Tara then put her hands on him and commanded the spirit to leave.
Brothers and sisters the devil is real and he is at work.  The bible tells us,1 Peter 5:8 Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the Devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
We need to Wake up and get to work. Because if we really believe that Jesus is the only way and if we really believe that without him people are going to hell why aren’t we doing anything about it? Why aren’t we more desperate to reach the lost? Why aren’t we more diligent about doing God’s work?
