Our month in Vietnam was an interesting one. Most of our ministry schedule fell through. Even after it fell through and other things were potentially placed on our schedule, those fell through too. We did do some things, which I talk about in another blog.

God was up to something else. I began to feel God burdening me more for our team, to intercede, to cry out for His ways to flow and happen within us. He was moving in our team and nudging us towards each other.   To me, it was a redIight, God saying stop and look, see where you’re at as a member of a team, see what I want to give your team, what I meant for you and now call it into being, call it alive (even when you feel like it’s dead) because I designed it to be a certain way. And God will stop at nothing until we function HIS way because He wants to display His love and His heart towards relationship through us moving as one. I also started having a holy frustration at not functioning, but I know that was God because out of that point of frustration a fight, His fight rose up inside me. God told me as much as you all fight for the injustices of the world fight for the injustice of not knowing in its fullness the beautiful gift I have given you of the church, our team. He has placed His desire, His craving for this movement to take place in our team in my heart to where God says are you going to keep fighting for what isn’t fully seen yet, is it worth the battle, are you going to keep interceding and calling it out.

He has given me a glimpse of what He has for us and I want it. Ask for a glimpse so you can keep going when you feel like you’re in the dark.  I believe our time in Vietnam was a step towards something great with our team. The process of becoming a functioning body is a slow and hard one, but it is happening. I could sense Him saying it is okay you do not have a busy schedule of ministry everyday because I am doing something much greater, and out of that place will flow even greater things. Out of the foundation of us moving as a body, as God designed for the church (which is just us, our team, we are the church) we WILL DO even greater things than we’ve already done. HE GAVE US THE BODY AS A GIFT and I feel Him saying STEP INTO this open door despite your fears because it is truly amazing because it is a reflection of ME of MY LOVE.  IT IS MY GIFT. (1 Corinthians 12 talks about the body and our spiritual gifts that He gives us so that we can help each other) God is on the move, He will unite us even more, He is arising the church in our team, He is breaking forth our gifts, they will overflow in Jesus name and we will be the body that is needed for one another.  I continue to uncover this world of God and His kingdom and it is REAL and ALIVE.
