I can’t really remember the first time Sudan came into my heart and spirit. I have never been nor did I really hear much about it. But, one day it was on my heart. Then I wanted to help child soldiers in Sudan. Things were slowly developing about this nation inside of my heart. Being here at G42, I began to study and learn about Sudan’s history. I know there is much to still learn. Honestly, I do not know for sure my purpose with Sudan in the course of my life. However, I do know it was put on my heart for a reason. I have been seeking what to do after I leave G42. There are things stirring and whirling around for sure. One of the things stirring is visiting Sudan for the first time. We are given $355 (part of our $1000 monthly fee) to do something that is related to our visions. I have decided to take a trip to Sudan if all doors open. I would like to go so I can see this land that has been on my heart and uncover more of my purpose with this nation. I graduate here June 16 and would go soon after since I’m partway there already. The $355 is s start. Total, I will need about $1800 for a plane ticket there and then back to the states. I have to fly into Kenya first and then take a smaller plane into Sudan. To do this, I still need $1600 for G42 (finish off May/June) and then about $1450 to get to Sudan and back to states.
