Something I recently have been thinking about is Jesus’ security in knowing who His Father is. As I read in Matthew 26: 53 when Jesus says: Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels. (one legion is apparently 6000!) He knew who His Father was and what He could do. No doubts, no questions of might. If you take this broader, not just in terms of legions of angels, but in what Jesus knew could happen because of His Father’s love for Him. That’s great! This identity we uncover, our Father’s and our’s at the same time is amazing. Lies fade away. Jesus walked in that security, I’d like to too and that’s what He’s doing here at G42. Truth is overtaking. We are rising up into the Father’s identity. So we can go forth as Jesus did in this world doing His will. There’s been moments where I haven’t known who my Father is. What if He says go, what if He says I’m smiling at you, what if He says I’m proud of you. He does and is. And that is the VOICE leading the way. May our identities become as secure as Jesus’.
I’m helping with a video here about sex trafficking. As I’m stepping into this, I’m coming alive in another part of my heart. To partner with God in bringing awareness to injustices, to be a vessel, but yet not a robotic vessel, but a vessel with my own creativity and passion kept alive and even growing stronger is so awesome. To be a part of a cause, what an honor. That He would choose me to fight alongside Him and use my gifts and talents to bring awareness, wow. It’s a great dance, our hearts together, soaring, flying. It’s so exciting. He made us, created us with a cause to fight for, to give our lives for, a battle to engage in. Whatever that is, there’s something He wants us to engage in during this life.
