, ask if you want an explanation!Before our month of ministry began in month 8 in Nigeria, God moved in our squad desiring to push us even further and take us to new heights. He placed us on new teams. My new team is amazing. We are all so different. Our team was prophesized over as being a team of FIRE. Bringing the fire of God. I’ll take it! God has said the quicker you go deep the faster I can unify you. And our squad coach spoke and said what has taken months to happen for teams will take days. So that is my prayer request, that my new team and I can dive in, push and press in to each other.
Finishing the last 4 months with a new team is exciting and challenging. I want to finish the last four months strong no matter how hard it may seem. We got our new team and then the next day it was off to our ministry site in Nigeria. We have had many ups and downs so far this month. This is the first month for me to be really taken out of my hygienic and food comfort zones! I know what you’re thinking! I have been spoiled most of the race! It’s about time to be broken in. Believe me I’m learning a lot and grateful for the added perpective change. We have been to so many late night crusade events and hear and see some things that are disheartening to my spirit, but being given opportunity after opportunity to speak in front of these crowds. So we are able to sow in truth. We are believing we are sowing seeds even when it seems in vain. We have seen fruit from a little church we’ve visited, which is God just showing us you are not laboring in vain. We are trying to go deep as a new team and work out our frustrations from some of our experiences during this month of ministry. We are being stretched. But, it is good. Just a quick update.
