Hello to my friends and family.  I’m in Antigua, Guatemala.  It is beautiful here.  For our launch, we were treated with a volcano adventure.  Saturday, we leave to begin our ministry.

God is here.  These are God’s people.  He loves them so much and I’m grateful to be a part of his will on this earth for his people.  He is doing a new thing, not just in me, but in this world.  And I’m a part of it?! What?!  I do not get it all yet, probably  never will, not supposed to I guess.  I wonder what he’s doing in me, within and through this team, and how’s he going to do it.  I try to put it in a box and wrap my mind around it so I can feel comfortable about it all.  I’m uncomfortable, I won’t lie. He just opens the door and we choose to enter in or to hold back.  I want to do both at times.  I want to hold back UNTIL I know it’s okay.  He is pushing me and I’m following, holding tightly to his hand because I can’t make sense of it.  I will go to Panajachel tomorrow.  Our team will go to build and teach.  Pray for us as we head out for our first month of the world race!
