Following a path different from my team I finally made it to Peru. I am loving being up in the mountains. I arrived a few days after my team due to my purse being stolen and me having to wait for a new passport. I have now put all that mess behind me and am focused on the ministry here in Peru. We are staying in a town called Musho, but our primary ministry is in a nearby town called Tumpa. God is doing amazing things there. People are coming to know the Lord right and left. People in this town are so hungry for Jesus. It is neat to see their open hearts and willingness to let us share with them.
I am also happy to say that the money has been pouring in. I am still lacking around $4,000 to complete the trip, but I have seen God work in miraculous ways. When I first posted about my support, I had $5,210 raised. I now have $9,000 raised. My support was almost doubled in a matter of weeks. God truly does provide for our needs at all times.
Please continue to pray that the support comes in so that I can complete the trip. I know without a doubt that God wants me here. Please also pray for our ministry in Tumpa. Please pray that we would successfully be able to start up cell groups and bible studies and that they would continue to grow even after we leave. Thank you for all your prayers and support.
