What is the World Race, you ask?
The World Race, a ministry of Adventures in Missions, is a Christian mission trip that sends its participants to 11 countries in 11 months. I and my six teammates (team WOW), will spend the year living out of a backpack, on a limited budget, and in true community. It is our desire to follow the will of the Lord and serve as His hands and feet seeking to minister to the broken, neglected, and forgotten.
Where we will be & what we will do:
Our areas of ministry will be in Central America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Specifically: Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Eastern Africa, and India.
In each of these countries, we will partner with established ministries and churches and serve in whatever capacity they need. This may look like:
