As I talk with God about support raising, I realize that I keep asking Him to provide. And of course He has already told me dozens of times that He indeed IS going to provide, so I realized I needed to change my prayer. Here is what I’ve come up with:
I pray I not lose focus of why I’m
raising support!
I pray I remember that I have been called by You!
I pray I have a generous spirit as You
lead generous spirits to this ministry.
I pray that I remain confident in Your providing nature and never forget this
characteristic about You.
I pray that I continually lift up
those who have already accepted the
call You have put on their lives to partner with me; whether it
be prayerfully or financially.
I pray that my attitude remain positive even when I’m not sure
how You are going to provide! May I just remember that You ARE going to provide and essentially
You ALREADY have!
I pray that those who are called to be a part of this ministry,
this bringing the Kingdom to earth, hear
Your voice, listen to Your
voice, and be obedient to your
voice!
– And remember, I am asking God to provide $1,250 by Monday, the 3rd of May. I need $885 more to meet that goal! Good thing it’s only Thursday and we serve a HUGE and POWERFUL God!
– Also, to reach my final goal of $15,000 I only need $4,885 more!!
