It’s official my World Race has begun! It’s kind of amazing that just about a year ago this was just an idea that I was discussing with my friends. Now, it’s really happening. I will be in Africa here in a few days.
I do want to reflect a little on the past few weeks. This has been a combination of stressful packing, frustrating shopping, and wonderfully sweet moments all tied into one. Something really cool is what amazing opportunities I was given to share my story. I was able to tell the congregation that I grew up in my story. It was absolutely incredible to see people who have literally been praying for me since I was a little girl. It was really special to see God create these moments were He just continued to encourage me. I loved having sweet conversations with good friends, family, and even my Godmother. There was also got to be interviewed for a new radio segment. Look forward to more details about that later!
Anyways, I just want to say thank you! Thank you for those who prayed over me, encouraged me, and sent me out with so much love. This has been such an awesome adventure so far. I cannot imagine what God is going to do in the field. Thank you to those who have supported this dream!!!!
