15,971 Quetzales to go.
I’m sure you are wondering what that is. Well it is the Guatemalan currency. My next fundraising deadline is April 1st and I still need about 15,971 Quetzales, or $2,042. The Lord has worked in so many ways thus far this year.
For instance, in Honduras my team ministered to people in the city trash dump, helped build a dam to support the local economy, and taught at a school, among other things.
In El Salvador we gave testimonies at schools and played soccer with the kids, ministered and preached in local villages, and led worship services.
So far in Guatemala we have given testimonies and preached at numerous schools and churches. We have already seen many people come to Christ in these first couple weeks.
In order for this ministry to continue I need to finish raising the $11,000 due on April 1st. Please consider giving to this ministry, or giving again, those of you who have already graciously supported me.
As a reminder, this is how you can give:
Checks can be made payable to Adventures In Missions and sent to P.O. Box 534470, Atlanta, GA 30353-4470; in the subject line please write "The World Race – Mary Evans." Donations can also be made online by clicking “Support Me” on the side bar to the left on this page. It will give you the option of a one-time payment or a recurring payment using your debit card, credit card, or bank draft (electronic check). All donations are tax deductible.
It is best to give by check through the mail because there are no processing fees – if you are doing that please send the check ASAP so it will process by the deadline! However, you are more than welcome to submit payments online anytime.
