If you follow my blog, you are aware of my “Match-it-Month” challenge for the month of June, in which two of my supporters offered to match every donation given up to $2,000.
To be completely honest, I was ecstatic about my supporters challenging others to step up and donate, but was nervous about the idea of posting an informational “donation” blog on a weekly basis for a month. The last thing I want to do is annoy my dear followers and supporters. Fundraising is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever done.

But this past month I have been shocked, humbled, and overjoyed at the outcome of the challenge. With your help, funding not only hit the $2,000 mark, but exceeded it.
Within the month of June, I was able to raise $3,200!!!
To say I have cried often, and in amazement would be an understatement…which has also been oh so fabulous for my social life.
I want to thank all of you who took part in the challenge and all of you who have donated in the past, reposted my blog, or have prayed over this trip. I wish I could articulately express how much your support means to me, but always seem to come up short of words. For now, please know that I am humbled with every single donation and partnership. God is using YOU to bless others, and spread His love and freedom to people around the world. What a wonderful thing.

2. I have two weeks of training camp coming up in less than 8 days! (insert mini-marsh freak out here). I am beyond stoked to meet my team, but a little less stoked about all the unknowns. Prayer for team bonding, no injuries, and preparation would be greatly appreciated.
