This month has been kind of hard for me in the ministry department. When I first got to Thailand I went to Phuket were I had hoped to work on some nice video projects. This turned into photographing products that SHE ministry makes for their web site. I also did some other things for the ministry but it didn’t feel like much. They told me it was huge but I still didn’t feel like I was accomplishing anything.

Then when the guys and I went to Chang Mai we where told that the help we offered was going to be babysitting for a conference. Again I’m not out winning souls or even telling people about Jesus. God had to sit me down and talk to me a bit today. Here it comes everyone. It turns out it’s not about me. It’s not about what I can do or how many people I can talk to. It’s about being obedient to the little things that need to be done. It’s photographing jewelry that former prostitutes make so that it can get sold and they can keep making more. And so other girls can come out of the bars. It’s about playing with the kids so that their parents who are missionaries to an unreached people group can learn better ways of sharing the gospel with them.

Those of you who know me well will agree sometimes I can be a bit stubborn and thick headed when it comes to listening to God. I’m trying though, and God keeps working on me bit by bit.
