A few days ago I was told that an anonymous donor had stepped up and offered to cover the rest of the outstanding support needed, for EVERYONE on the June team!!! This is such a huge blessing for all of us. Some of the team had already reached $13,000 but many of us including myself had not. This is so exciting for us. When we were told the news there was much rejoicing, high fives, and a few cheers. That’s right we ALL passed go and get to collect.
What this means is that I have reached the $13,000 goal for my support account. If you were supporting me monthly please continue this as it is figured into the total. If the Lord lays it on your heart to support me financially, any money that is sent in now will go to reimbursing me for things that the $13,000 does not cover, such as health insurance for the year, flight costs to and from training, flight cost to the start of the race, and flight cost home at the end of the race.
Thank you all so much for supporting me in this ministry financially over the year. Please continue to hold me, and the rest of the team up in prayer. I very much want to finish the race strong and your prayers are so needed in these last few months.
