The first of our morning messages has ended and the 50 or so children that come to school and worship at the Shekinah Glory orphanage  (They house 35 or so kids here as well as having a primary and secondary school) are all headed outside.  I am not sure where they are going but the preacher said something about grabbing some leaves.  At first the members of Waka Waka in the Spirit, my new team as of last month, which literally means to catch fire in the Spirit in Swahili, look at one another and wonder if he is referring to using the outhouse or what.  Shortly after they return, not with soiled or dirty leaves, but with broken branches off of tress for worship.

This kicks off a Spirit lead worship service with dancing in the isles and tree leaves a waving!

During this time I looked out at my broken branch and began to feel sorry for it.  I feel bad that it had to be cut from its tree and die (this is a kinda weird cork I have had since killing a flower when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade).  However, this sense of sadness only last for a short while when I realize that this is the greatest thing that this little brach could ever be a part of;  it is being used in the worship of my Savior.  Which is the greatest thing that any of our lives could be used for.  Bringing worship to our Father, Savior, and Comforter.

I want to encourage you to keep living lives of worship (just like my little branch friend).

I love and miss you Charles, Joel, Annie, Bill, Mama and Papa.  Thank you for your support and prayers.

God bless you all this week with revelation from Him, Mark

This just in… I just checked my account and I am funded for the rest of my mission!  Thank you all for your financial support and even more for your prayers. I will do my best to be faithful with what you have intrusted me with. I feel truly blessed.

Love, Mark
