Hey everyone. I’m so excited about this post…I’ve been antsy all day.
Tons of stuff was donated for the garage sale on Saturday. My place was a huge MESS . I didn’t get organized until late Friday night. I stayed up til about 2am and then I couldn’t sleep because I was thinking about money. I had made some signs on paper but didn’t have the time to put them around the neighborhood so I was worried that people wouldn’t know what was going on. Finally I just had to surrender it all to God and pray for a clear mind and rest. The weather was absolutely perfect and I had some great friends to help me early in the morning. God brought the shoppers and now my house is practically empty, save a corner’s worth of the leftovers. =P
I expected to receive maybe $500 out of the whole deal. Get ready for this…by the end of today (just a few people still owe me) I received just over $1,000 for The World Race!!!
