This blog is dedicated to all of the details about what I’ll be doing in the next few days, my first month of ministry , and the best ways to reach me while I’m gone!

First: What’s Next??

In just THREE DAYS (WHAT ) on Oct. 1, I will be driving to Atlanta with both of my parents to start Launch.  Launch is the start of my World Race experience. It is 4 days long and is the final preparation time before our squad heads to our first country, Costa Rica. Parents are also invited for their own 2-day launch experience, which my parents will be going to.

Then, on Oct. 5 my squad and I will board our plane for Costa Rica! Details are still limited as to what specific ministry my team will be doing in Costa Rica, but we do know we will be working in Los Guido, an area outside of San Jose with a ministry called the Christian Light Foundation.

How to Reach Me: Before I leave on Oct. 1, my phone service will be cancelled. HOWEVER, I will still be able to connect with you guys when I have Wi-Fi. With that said, I want to hear from you over the next 11 months! This is possible through: emails ([email protected]), my blog, Facebook/Facebook Messenger, FaceTime, What’s App, Google Hangouts, iMessages….you get the picture. I can also promise you that seeing any encouraging messages from you guys when I am able to connect to Wi-Fi will make me so happy.  I already know that in Costa Rica my Wi-Fi access will be very limited. And if you haven’t already, subscribe to my blog on my main page!

And now…meet my team!

From left to right: Brenna, me, Sarah, Caitlyn, Christen, and Jillian. You will also be able to read more about my team and read their blogs over to the left! These 5 girls are who I will be doing daily life and ministry with. I can’t wait to finally be with them!

Thank you for your continued prayers and support. It is getting so real and the goodbyes I will have to say are really starting to sink in. That is the hardest part for sure. Even through these difficult parts though, I am confident that choosing this path and starting this journey with the Lord is so worth it.

Love you guys!!
