Yes, that's right. My team and I worked in cow poop and mud this week for our ministry. We built a tilapia pond in a place called Valley of the Angels for a woman named Teresa.  Her vision for this is to feed thousands of people in Honduras and see many people come to The Lord.  We had to  leave at 6 am and luckily our transportation picked us up at Denny's.  It was actually the nicest Denny's I've ever been to! One thing that satan always tries to do when you're doing something great for the Kingdom, is try to stop it.  The first day we got lost going to Denny's and were late, then the next day our car thought a "thief" was trying to break in so it stopped everything from working. And of course, it's hard to keep a positive happy face on all of the time.  When we arrived at the property, we were told that we were going to be helping with a garden.  No way.  The man that is building it is named Doni.  He said, "who ever told you that is crazy. We are going to build a dam to hold over 10,000 tilapia." OOHHH… So.  You do what you're told and we got busy.  It was probably the hardest manual labor I've ever been apart of, and we were in knee high cow poop and mud. Feet were getting scratched, a pinky nail fell off of a hand, glass was cutting feet, thorns, heat, huge rocks, etc.  It was hard emotionally, I didn't realize I had so many heart issues.  It was hard physically, I have never moved a boulder with my hands before or used tools like that.  It was hard community wise, trying to give a hand or a leg when needed.  It was hard spiritually, asking God where He was throughout the day.

Now for positive words.  Through all of this, God brought up deep issues of my heart so I could be free. There was a time when I was asking God where He was in this, and a huge beautiful butterfly that I've never seen before started fluttering right beside me.  I have never built a dam before, and I am so proud of my team and myself for completing such a project.  I had so many laughing attacks because of getting stuck or us being extremely goofy, or, people putting worms on me to freak me out. We were all so dirty and very attractive, I might add.  The encouragement throughout the teams was incredible.  We couldn't have done it without each other, lifting one another up in prayer, rubbing sun screen on our faces/legs, assembly lines, muscles, hugs, and smiles.  Looking back now, I see how hard we worked and Miss Teresa and Donnie are very pleased with the outcome.  There is still work to be done and the teams next week will hopefully finish.

One more thing, bare with me for a minute.  The place where we are staying is called Zion's Gate.  This man named Tony moved from the states to come serve this country.  He started feeding people from the streets and after many steps of faith he now has "adopted" 9 boys from the poorest part of Tegucigalpa and he calls them his own.  Each of their stories is heart breaking, but God sent Tony and his wife of 3 years to come love on them and give them a home.  A home full of discipline, love of the Father, and a new start on life.  He's such an inspiration.  Please keep Miss Teresa, Donnie, and Tony in your prayers.  They are doing the work of the Kingdom and spreading love each day.

Thank y'all for sending me here. I want to add pictures, but it's not letting me. Just look at my Facebook!  I miss everyone back home, but God has called me to do something and there's no place I would rather be.
