Hello everyone!!
My name is Marianna! I am so excited for you to join my on my journey with Jesus on the World Race! A little bit about me: I absolutely LOVE writing!! I’ve been writing stories and poems since I was about 10 years old, and there’s no better or worse feeling than expressing your feelings through pen and paper. I hope to share some of my poems on this blog as a way for y’all to get to know me throughout this process. Now, I am a Texas girl, born and raised, so if I overuse the word “y’all” please forgive me.
One thing I am most excited about this trip is meeting all the people around the world that God has called to Himself! It has already been an eye opening and humbling experience to think of meeting my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ that are so far from my home. I pray that God will use their stories to change me and change others next year.
In August I will be traveling to China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, and Greece! I cannot wait to grow in my dependence on God, and deepen my relationship with Jesus. Everyone’s prayers and support would mean so much to me. God’s going to do some amazing things this year!
