This morning I realized that we only have 48 till I leave for Peru!! Every day it starts to actually feel real that I’m going on a three-month missions trip to Peru, it’s really something that I’ve dreamed and prayed about for years and now it’s actually happening!! As of right now, I am 68% funded, and my next deadline of 75% is coming up on December 17th!! I honestly can’t believe how close I am to being fully funded, and how fast the “launch” date is approaching!!
In some more exciting news today I found out all about where in Peru we’ll be going and what ministries we’ll be working alongside while we there!!
So for the first 6 weeks, we’ll be in Trujillo, Peru serving with Savage Ministries! “The vision of Savage Ministries is to preach the Gospel of Jesus to every Peruvian and to make disciples so they can reach others. I’m beyond excited to see what all God is gonna use us to do with and through these ministries! I’m so excited to meet my teammates and spend three months serving the Lord alongside of them! So now the craziness begins!! It’s officially time to start figuring out what I need to pack, what all I want to bring(sheets, and blanket or sleeping bag), should I take my camera? All these things to figure out and So much more!!!
