What exactly does logistics do?!??
I, hands down, give MAD props to our logistic coordinators!!! Let me tell you about two lovely ladies, Elise and Ashlyn!!
These women coordinate how 35+ people get from point A to point B. They look at time schedules, dollar amounts, and coordinate a schedule for us. They ask all of the appropriate questions, they really take good care of us, and I feel as if they are very unappreciated just in a sense that they do a LOT for our squad and we take it for granted a lot.
When travel day things go awry, these ladies take charge and really get to the bottom of the matter and take care of us. They think of the budget as well as what we as a squad like, almost as if they are like our moms at a grocery store buying food for us. They take in all of the options and what our needs and wants are, and then they choose accordingly based off of what works best for our budget and squad! 🙂
These ladies really know how to strike a bargain, utilize their resources and love M Squad well! Thanks ladies!! 🙂
