Hello Friends! Time for an update…
It’s been about 3 weeks or so since I’ve been accepted to go on the Worldrace. So I’ve already been corresponding with a couple other people who are going on the race and starting to build friendships with them. How awesome is that! I can already tell that I’m going to have a great community and family to travel with and our bond will just become stronger.
Something that I am super nervous about it building a community of support back home. I know I have great friends and family who will support me and help me fundraise but this has been my biggest worry this far. God has really been showing me that I need to COMPLETELY trust and rely on Him alone to make this trip happen. He has already been moving in my heart and changing my views and I still have about 9 months at home. God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
