I want to start this blog off by saying thank you again to everyone who has come alongside me on this journey. I have been blown away by your love, support, and encouragement. I have seen God working in so many ways and have been reminded again and again of His faithfulness.
Up to this point, I have been mainly focusing on getting ready for the race: fundraising, getting my vaccinations, buying my gear, etc. I still will do a little more fundraising to cover some of my vaccinations and I still have a few more gear items to purchase, but as launch is now only 3 months away I also need to start shifting more towards preparing to leave and living life on the missions field.
Looking ahead, I would really appreciate prayer support throughout the year. I will be posting some prayer requests through this blog, but I am also looking for some prayer warriors: people who are willing to join this ministry through prayer, hearing specific prayer requests and praying for me, my team, and the people and community we are with.
I would love to have 10 prayer warriors per country that my team will be travelling to! I will only send you prayer requests for the countries you would like to pray for – I know 11 months is a big commitment, so this way you can choose anywhere between 1 and 11 months (AKA countries).
At this point, all countries are still open. So, if you feel called to partner with me in this way, please comment below, letting me know which country(s) you would like to be a prayer warrior for as well as sending me your email so I can add you to the list.
