I am speechless.
All I can say is God is so, so good.
Since being accepted onto the World Race, fundraising has been the area that I have been most stressed about. Multiple times throughout the week, sometimes more than once a day, I would have to stop myself and say a prayer and offer it up to God – trusting that He would provide. And He sure did.
This past Saturday evening, my family and I hosted a fundraising dinner at my home church. Leading up to the event, we had no idea what to expect. Thanks to a ton of help from some very special people, it all came together and was an amazing evening with some delicious food.
AND, TOGETHER WE RAISED ENOUGH MONEY SO THAT MY TRIP IS NOW FULLY FUNDED!
Thank you so, so much to everyone that came to support this mission. I am so excited to see how God uses us this upcoming year!!
My blog may not reflect this for some time as the event was held in Canada and it’s going to take some time for me to switch the money to USD and deposit it. But, I just couldn’t wait to share this super exciting news!!!!!
Having said that,
I still need support.
Most importantly, I am looking for prayer support. I would love to have 10 people for each country, who would be willing to sign up to receive specific prayer requests during the month that I am in that country. All countries are still available! Please let me know if you’d be wiling to partner with me in this way.
