7 strangers picked to live in a flat in Cahul, Moldolva. They chose to give up their lives for 11 months to serve God and bring kingdom to earth. 5 months ago they were complete strangers but now, they are family.
I never imagined that in 5 short months, I would have a new family. It has been such a joy doing life together with my team and learning from eachother everyday.
My favorite part about the World Race so far is being a part of this amazing community I am in. I have the honor of getting to serve and live along side with incredible men and women of God everyday. It has been amazing how the Lord has used my brothers and sisters to bring me closer to Jesus. My teammates hearts are truly set apart for Christ and they are pursuing God with everything that they have.
Throughout these months, I have learned what it means to honor people and to serve others before myself. I have learned what it means to give constructive feedback and to call people into greatness. I have learned to carry people's burdens. I have learned what it means to give grace and to forgive offenses quickly. I have learned how important it is to always speak life and lift others up. I have learned what it means to die to yourself. I have learned how important vulnerability and authenticity is and to trust without reservation.
This month we are living in an apartment and as you can imagine, you get pretty close when 7 people are living in one confined area but I have absolutely loved living in this community. Every day we get to do ministry together and every night we get together to meet and share about our day and have fellowship. We also have a bible study and talk about what God has been teaching us.
I am so thankful for these wonderful people and I am blessed to know each and every one of them. In order to stay on this race I am still in need of about $3,600. I want to ask that you prayerfully consider partnering with this ministry so I can continue God's work around the world
