Team Summit ended the race in the mountains. That’s kind of poetic, right?
In Nepal we were searching for new possible contacts to send future World Racers to. We met some amazing missionaries and locals working hard for the kingdom of God. We had the opportunity to work with various ministries like street/slum kids ministry and a dance bar ministry. We got to visit an under construction resort at the top of a mountain who’s owner had a pet monkey, Rafiki. Holding a monkey can now be checked off my bucket list! It was an incredible month. We fought hard to end the race well and I’m extremely proud of my team! I’m going to miss this journey and this community more than I probably realize at the moment.
I’ve been home for a little over a week and I’m still readjusting to life back home. I don’t have much to say yet, but stay tuned for more later and another final video is in the works!
