I would like to take this time to THANK those who have supported me already and those who have let me know they would like to receive a letter to help fund my trip. Others would like to know more about it, and some of you are curious if donations are tax deductible. I have included all the information that I could find from the site and other team members blogs! Donations and Support
This is where I ask for you to help me GO! It is a lot of money that I cannot come up with on my own. But, with your help I will be able to reach others who will hear about Jesus for the first time; how amazing is that? Whether you are a friend, family, friend of family, fellow brother or sister in Christ, someone I haven’t spoken to in years, or someone I don’t even know, I ask for your support. I understand that not all can help financially, but you can all support me through prayer or encouragement on this journey He has in store for me. I have included the information that anyone may need for donating. If you would like more information on what I am doing or what the World Race is, please don’t hesitate to contact me. 1) Commit to giving monthly. If you can, consider giving a monthly donation. $10 may not seem like much, but when you give $10/month for 11 months, that’s $110 in my account!
2) Give one-time. Giving monthly may be out of your comfort zone, so please consider giving a one-time donation. EVERY donation, no matter how big or small, helps me reach my goal!
3) Help spread the word! My network of people only spreads so far, but you can help me expand my reach! Share my blogs on Facebook, tell your friends about what I’m doing, ask others you know to give. It is encouraging to have a network of people supporting you along the way, and it is an awesome feeling to see people I don’t even know, willing to support this mission!
4) Please keep me and my team in prayer! We are trying to prepare and times can become extremely challenging while preparing to go out and do Gods work! Please pray that we have the strength to defeat whatever trials and hard times the devil may throw at us while we are preparing and while we are on the field! Also please just keep us in your prayers for safety and that we get fully funded. I understand not everyone can help financialy BUT I believe God has a plan and if he wants me to go he will provide ways, BUT everyone can pray! Thanks so much!
How To Donate
If you are reading this and feel led to donate and support my mission, THANK YOU! Please keep in mind that all donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE! There are multiple ways you can donate! You can sign-up to donate to me monthly, or you can give a one time donation as you feel led. Listed below are options for how to donate:
ONE TIME DONATION
1) Mail-in a check
Please email me for a response card to provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a tax-deductible receipt for your donation with a check. My email is [email protected]. When you mail in a check there is no processing fee attached, but it can take a couple of weeks to process. Please make checks payable to Adventures In Missions and in the memo line write Appealed by Mandie Grundmeyer

2) Online
You can donate on my blog by clicking the “Send ME” link in the upper left side of the page, or next to the fundraiser bar on top of the page, and complete your donation as instructed. You may set up a recurring donation through this option as well and select your start and end date. Select the end date to be in July, when I have to be fully funded by. This option charges a 3% processing fee, and allows for bank drafts as well as credit/debit donations. These may take 3-5 days to process.
MONTHLY DONATIONS
You can set-up a monthly donation through the “Send Me” tab OR Dynapay is an option for donating through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which allows you to set up a monthly donation through your personal checking account. Dynapay is strictly for reoccurring donations; one-time donations may not be made through this route. You can set up your reoccurring donation by going to https://www.adventures.org/dynapay and completing the required fields. There is no processing fee with this option.
Keep in mind when choosing your start and end dates that I will need to be fully funded by July 1st 2015, so you may choose to start your monthly donations right away!
Financial Deadlines
1st Deadline: $3,500 – Due 10/1/2014 (2 weeks before Training Camp)
2nd Deadline: $7,500 – Due 12/18/2014 (2 weeks prior to departure)
3rd Deadline: $11,000 – Due 4/1/2015 (End of 3 months on the field)
4th Deadline: $16,243 – Total Due 7/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)
