As always, here I am sitting at the keyboard trying to figure out what to write. Part of me thinks I should have some big spiritual epiphany to share, or something like that. There may be more of those over the next year, but for now, I feel I should stick with logistical updates.

There is no admission fee, though a free-will offering will be

BBQ / Car Wash / Yard Sale… Family Fun! July 24 – August 1 — Race Training Camp — White, GA
This is the first time that my entire squad will get to meet! There’s no way I could put a name to all the feelings racing through me when I think about it… I’m excited about meeting everyone, but a tad frightened as well. I want July to just hurry up and get here, but I have a list of all the things I need to get and do before then. I can’t wait to see what God will do in and through us!
I get the wonderful blessing of jumping in a van with a bunch of my squadmates to drive down to camp. It should be a great time of getting to know one another before we arrive. Please keep this in your prayers!
As you can see, there’s a lot going on, and time is FLYING! Combine this with two jobs, and I sometimes feel as though I need to remind myself to breathe and blink. 🙂
But God is good. As I’ve said before, He is overwhelming me more than I could possible imagine. As of May 30, God has raised over $7500 CDN for my Race. I lose some on the US exchange, so I’m basically at the halfway point! What a wonderful God we serve! A HUGE thank you to all those who have partnered with me financially or prayerfully. You will never know how much it means to me!
