On Thursday, I had a great Sabbath sitting with the Father, searching Him our, talking with Him, & just being with Him! I spent some time at a coffee shop & some time at the Botanical gardens.
As I was walking back to the house we’ve been staying at from the Botanical Gardens, I had to walk past a row of florist stands! They were all beautiful with all there flowers on displayed and it smelt amazing! The Lord asked me to buy myself a flower! I was like, what’s the point?!? Yes, they are pretty but they will die soon!
After I walked by the stand, the Lord asked me to stop, to turn around and be obedient! So I walked back to the florist stand where I had earlier seen a flower that I thought was beautiful!
As I walk up to the lady, I say hello and ask if she knows English? She says no. I point to the flowers and say I want one. She rushes into her room and holds up a bouquet. I shake my head and point to the one flower that caught my eye, while holding up one finger. She then tears off the flower I want and hands it to me. I asked her how much and she shakes her head and says it’s ok! I’m amazed! I say thank you and walk off!
As I’m walking away the Lord tells me…
“A Beautiful flower for my beautiful daughter!”
On my walk back, I kept thinking that He was going to point out someone for me to give the flower to…
He told me,
“No, I love your willingness to think of others, but this is for you! You’re the one who needs it today!”
At this point I start bawling… It was so sweet!
It was a beautiful ending to a great day with the Lord!
