A Tarheel born and bred, I’m a Southern girl with an affinity for adventure. I love to travel, I’m addicted to coffee, and I enjoy playing the piano. More than anything, I love Jesus with all of my heart. I am messy, but He is gracious. I am imperfect, but He makes me whole. “Excited” does not begin to express my emotions concerning the World Race- I am scared but overwhelmed with hopeful anticipation to leave in July, serve communities worldwide, and step miles away from my comfort zone. I am pumped to write about my trip preparation, my experiences while abroad, and my growth as Jesus tears me completely apart and puts me back together again. I am so blessed to live with the recognition of God’s love for me on a daily basis, and I’m stoked to share that same love with others everywhere.
