There are many voices in Tumpa.

The voice of an old man echoes through the plaza.  He speaks of a false religion and clings to the teachings of one who cannot save.  He is deceived, and he cannot (or will not) hear the Truth that saves.  His words are empty.

The voices from the local church service pour out of the building and run down the streets.  The leader teaches about a life of obedience and following rules.  The church in the center of Tumpa does not promote, support, or tolerate the message that we, as children of God, can have a personal relationship with Him.  Their words are empty.

God´s creations, intended to reflect beauty, glory, and abundant life, are surrounded by empty words.

They are not fully alive.  They are being trampled on the ground.

They pass through life without their Creator who so wants to love them and know them personally.  They are dying, and all they hear are empty words.

It is a matter of life and death.  This is all I can think when I see their beautiful faces.

Eternal life is only found in Jesus Christ.  More than that, having a soul that is fully alive here on earth is only found in Jesus Christ.

So what do we do?  I admit that I have wanted to scream above all the voices, “All who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved!  Come and find life in Jesus Christ!  More than anything, He wants to know you and love you and call you to find true life!”  But are we called to add to the noise?

Instead of screaming, we are showing.  Our only desire is to show them the face of Jesus Christ.  Our utmost prayer is that they would see Christ in us and want to know Him.

We do boldly speak the Truth.
And our heart´s motivation is always love.  Before we speak, we pray for the Father to truly break our hearts for His children.
We

do scream
 We
scream in the spiritual realm.  We scream for the life saving Truth of Jesus Christ to be heard in their hearts.  We pray for the voice of the Spirit because He cannot be drowned out.  We cry out for the souls of Tumpa.

It is a message of life or death.
“The thief has come to steal and kill and destroy – I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”  Jesus (John 10:10)

“I have set before you life and death…
now choose life… that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.  For the Lord is your life…”  (Deut.30:19-20ish)
