Hey everybody! My name is Makayla Boyd, and I am so excited to be participating in the World Race Gap Year program! to introduce myself, I am 18 years old, and I graduate from high school in May! I live in Nashville, TN with my parents, my four younger siblings, and my dog, Piper who is the love of my life. I am a 1 on the Enneagram, and I am an avid lover of music and all things singing related.
In this blog, I will be going over what God is doing in my daily life while I am on the trip, and I would love for you to follow along with me to see what God will do!
I am so ready to see what God is going to do in my life as I embark on this adventure. At my home church, we frequently talk about what it looks like for us as followers of Jesus to keep our “yes” on the table and to let Him do what He wants with us, and I cannot wait to see where that takes me.
