It means, "Thank you Sir or Mame" and it is with thanksgiving that I write. My own gratitude and for those that I have been called to speak on their behalf. We are thankful for all the generous team members who are working hard State side to provide resources so good work can commence and continue here in the Philippines. We are thankful for the prayer warriors who cover me, my team, the squad and our Filipino counterparts in a cloud of protection. We are thankful for the stirrings taking place as a result of reading these posts that will go unnoticed in the eyes of everyone but Jesus.
We specifically celebrate some of what you as a support team have done in the Philippines:
– You have provided meals to over 700 Filipinos
– You have dedicated hours of one on one, "you are valuable" time for the educational, physical, and spiritual development of the next generation of leaders
– You have touched countless Filipinos through supporting a community publication with the expressed purpose of providing a dignified income to the homeless and information/opportunities to the community
– You have been instrumental in shaping the character of a group of men and women who refuse to let the cries of the oppressed go unnoticed
…and this is just month one!
Thank you for what you've made possible here in the Philippines — we are so incredibly grateful!
By way of reminder, we'll be out of touch for the month of October. Please do not post any comments to the blog during that time. Thank you in advance for what you will accomplish in the upcoming 30 days — I look forward to sharing with you the fruit of your prayers/generosity just as soon as I can! TTFN 🙂
