I have focused blogs this month on our teaching curriculum but you need to know that your impact in Guatemala has been far greater than simply challenging students (and me) to ponder honor, principals and value, the power of thought, identity and attitude.

This month the gospel has been shared with and by those wrapping up the final days of their precious lives.

Little ones have also been held, loved and nourished back to health!

With Kathryn, my old teammate, onsite the awesome videos return! Enjoy!!

Thank you for providing me the privilege of serving along side such unique women. For time to sit around listening to their stories of struggle, of victory and how their hearts and mine are being shaped into Jesus likeness.

Thank you for the opportunity to adventure with them on our days off and to experience a new culture. We are all learning so much through the differences we seek to understand on a minute-by-minute basis.

Guatemala has been good to us this month and we are thankful to you for the chance to serve, learn and bring to you a snap shot of life in another part of the world.

Central park in Antigua.

Cross overlooking the city of Antigua a quick hike away.

The girls in a cave near the summit on our day trip to hike Mt. Payaca (a local volcano).

View from the top of Payaca.

Mt. Fuego that we watched erupt, twice, from a distance.

The teachers and Luis – thank you all again for a fun month!
