Lessons from the Lord Part 2
The Lord is also teaching me about rights and guarantees…and there are really only three that I can see. Those are: that the Lord is GOOD, all of the time and in EVERY way, He is good. Second, that I am dearly loved. This is a huge answer to one of my most frequent prayers…that I would know the love of the Lord. Third, that my salvation rests secure in Him.
Apart from these, I have no guarantees, or rights. No guarantee for a husband and family of my own, no guarantee for my family back home, no guarantee for a career, for my home in America, no guarantee that my US citizenship will protect me, no guarantee for money or future… These are all gifts and blessings from the Lord’s amazing and generous grace!
How grateful I am now!!! What thankfulness do I now have for my Lord and savior who has saved me and blessed me beyond all measure! Lord I praise you and I thank you that you love me and desire good for me! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!
