Technically the first fundraising deadline was in September (about 4 days after I got accepted). AIM (Adventures In Missions) has been great about me being behind on this. I now have until mid October (right around the corner) to reach this goal. While It’s more of a ‘flexible’ date it is important this goal is reached because the AIM team must begin buying plane tickets.
This isn’t a call to send your money in ASAP or not at all. It’s simply a reminder that the team has plans for the money and wishes to use it wisely. Having to buy late tickets because of me could hinder the whole team. (or I could end up on a different flight, not the end of the world of course but also not my first choice)
