With less than 12 hours until I leave for training camp in Chattanooga TN, I’m officially packed. Packing for training made it real. It also made me realize that packing everything in one backpack for 11-months may be an impossible task. Strapping my tent to the bottom of my pack, I came to realize the intensity of what I’m about to do-I am leaving everyone I love and the comforts of America for an entire year.
