The best illustration for this past weekend is that of a bowling alley. I have been sitting watching the 9 pins of change just sitting there for 4 long years. I have been rolling bowling balls down the alley in vain, trying to change things on my own. But when I finally hand the ball to the Lord things go much better.  Lemme tell ya, he’s a pro bowler. All the pins are down. Everything is changing.

While I was sitting in my graduation ceremony (in the span of 2 ½ hours) my India visa was granted, I got the news that 2 more girls had been added to my team, and I graduated (thank God!!) The bowling ball has taken it’s sweet time getting down the alley but it sure hit all the pins!

Praise the Lord for graduation and everyone who has made it possible. Many of you know that school has not been a smooth ride for me by any means.  I have loved A&M but I am stoked to be done. Walking that stage was a great ending to that chapter in my life.

To backtrack a little, I got the news a few weeks back that one of the girls on my team would not be joining us on the race. I had kept in touch with her after training camp so I knew it was coming, but I was still pretty bummed. But I am so excited to follow her journey when she leaves with her new squad in August!  Fast forward a few weeks and I’m sitting in my graduation ceremony when one of my other squad mates texts me that she’s on my team. As a result of other people moving to later routes for various reasons, one of the other teams got split and added to other teams. My team was lucky enough to get two of the girls, AnnaGrace and Saraya!! Welcome to team Rhemas Ladies!!

With my visa granted and my $10,000 goal met I AM LEAVING in January.
